We saw the upcoming Wedding Bells event organised by MediaCorp and thought it would be a good opportunity to start exposing ourselves to such wedding talks/ fairs/ exhibitions. CJ registered and signed both of us up which cost a reasonable $28 per couple considering that it was held at Meritus Mandarin.
Special packages were available to entice couples to sign up on that day.We walked around the ballroom and sat down for a session with My Bridal Studio. Not attracted by their packages at all; they were expensive and yet locally shot.
I was just curious to see their gowns of which the promoter had nothing but praises for them, saying that they would definitely be worth the money for the materials and details of the gowns.

I like the grey and gold evening gown on the left.
Back design is nice but not the colour -pink- though..
Generally, I like the white wedding gowns from My Bridal Room. The promoter has every right to boast about them.

This unconventional grey-white gown is well-complimented with the glittery head accessory! I think I will have one of that on my head too.

BlueBay has got really out-of-ordinary evening gowns but none of them were to my liking.

This looked more like it was reserved for the pregnant.
It was apparent that most, if not all, of their models have difficulties in walking..
Btw, this is said to be the most expensive gown in Singapore though we were not told how much exactly it cost. I think it should be due to the very tedious but redunant workmanship.The programme ended off with an interview with the newly-wedded Michelle Chia and Shaun Chen.
