We made a trip to Toa Payoh HDB Hub today to take a look at the mock-up of our future home - Hougang Parkview!



There are 528 units of 4-room flats available!

Flats along Upper Serangoon Road.

The other side facing the canal. I like this area but Henry reminded that it will be a longer walk to the bus stop if we were to select this block.

We drove along Upper Serangoon last week during the site recce.

Our first choice - Blk 471A - facing Upper Serangoon Road.

The facilities and multi-storey carpark below.

Blk 471A is one of the 3 blocks that has 18 storeys. The other 2 blocks goes up to 19.
